Hi, we’re Carolina and Nicole

We are passionate life coaches, mentors and guides with a shared vision for empowering women.

Carolina’s mission is to help women live their most authentic and meaningful lives, while Nicole is driven by a desire to inspire liberation and expansion.

Brunch with Purpose

Our flagship event, Brunch with Purpose, is a two-hour gathering that takes place every six weeks. Launched in November 2023, this experience brings women together over delicious food, meaningful conversations, and inspiring stories.

Each brunch features:
  • A guest speaker who shares empowering insights, personal stories and helpful tools for work or life. 
  • Opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and connect deeply with others.
  • Space to foster new friendships and collaborations.

Women leave these events feeling inspired, supported, and part of a thriving community.

Retreat with Purpose

Our immersive weekend retreat is designed to help women reconnect with themselves and step into the next chapter of their lives with clarity and intention. Held in serene, beautiful settings, Retreat with Purpose offers a combination of soulful and practical tools to help women:

  • Reflect on their values and desires.
  • Visualise the possibilities in their lives.
  • Take actionable steps toward creating a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
These transformative retreats are offered twice a year and provide the time and space for deep personal growth, relaxation, and connection with other women.

A Day with Purpose

For those seeking a shorter experience, A Day with Purpose offers the same intentionality and growth as our weekend retreat, condensed into a single day.

​This one-day retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and equip yourself with tools to move forward with purpose and alignment.
