Hey lovely ladies! I'm Carolina, founder of 'A Life Redesign' and 'Take time to BE YOU' and I'm thrilled to be here, connecting with all of you.

After living in Asia for over a decade and working with many expat women helping them rediscover and reinvent themselves in their new Asia home, I realised that many of us are here on a similar quest to heal, transform and create lives that resonate with the new versions of ourselves.

This is a shared experience that not many people are talking about but one that I think needs our attention.

And that is why I've created this platform 'A Life Redesign' a safe online space where we can find the support we need, uplift one another, and grow together.

This space is all about nurturing personal growth, building deeper and healthier connections with ourselves and others, as well as tapping into tools and events that can take us to new heights.

You will find a collective of women ready to help you in these transformative times as well as curated online resources to support you whilst you create your personal and professional projects from the heart.
